JAM – ONLINE STUDIO

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JAM – ONLINE STUDIO, operated by Just a Moment (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, membership areas, content library, and related services.

By accessing or using JAM – ONLINE STUDIO, whether as a visitor or a paying member, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

JAM – ONLINE STUDIO is intended for individuals 18 years and over. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Accounts

To access member content, you must create an account and provide accurate and current information (including your full name and email address).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect unauthorised use, please contact hello@justamoment.studio immediately.

4. Memberships, Billing & Renewal

JAM – ONLINE STUDIO offers subscription memberships, including:

  • $35 AUD per month, billed monthly

  • $350 AUD per year, billed annually

All memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before your next billing date.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full payment details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not provided for unused time or change of mind.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

JAM – ONLINE STUDIO provides yoga, Pilates, and movement-based content for general information and educational purposes only.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and agree to participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on JAM – ONLINE STUDIO is owned by or licensed to Just a Moment and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Content may not be copied, recorded, shared, redistributed, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Account Sharing & Misuse

Memberships are for individual use only. Account sharing or misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund, where permitted by law.

9. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of JAM – ONLINE STUDIO at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
