Movement has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember — through dance, yoga, and Pilates, it’s always been my way of reconnecting to myself as well as a form of healing.
JAM is where I pour that passion into practice. My classes are a blend of calming and energising — designed to support both physical strength and inner stillness.
